MANATEE COUNTY, FL Two arrests were made in a Thursday morning road-rage incident on I-75 in Manatee County, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Troopers say that 25-year-old Carlos Cruz of Jacksonville was driving a Volkswagen Jetta, and honked the horn and steered the vehicle close to another vehicle on the highway around 8 a.m.
His passenger, 20-year-old Alecia Kirby of Kentucky, threw a bottle and brandished a baseball bat outside the window at the other vehicle, FHP said.
