NEW DELHI: The Centre is considering to hold the JEE (Main) exam for admission to engineering and architecture courses four times from next year in view of the changed academic schedule, triggered by the pandemic, even as the National Testing Agency (NTA) plans to introduce options in question papers due to rationalisation of syllabus by various Boards, reports Manash Gohain.
In order to give flexibility so that candidates don’t miss out on an opportunity due to any clash of examinations, the JEE (Main) will be held four times between February and May, 2021, education minister Ramesh Pokhriyal said on Thursday during an interaction with students, parents and teachers.
