City installs high water warning system on Highway 22 underpass
With the weather being unusually warm and very little snow falling in the area, Dickinson’s Utilities Department have continued to work through what would normally be unworkable months. With the unusually warm temperatures and lack of snowfall, the city of Dickinson have continued progress on some projects that were pushed from the summer, including the installation of a high water warning system underneath the Highway 22 underpass.
