Southington’s Lake Compounce aims to step up fear for second Phantom Fall Fest- SOUTHINGTON Lake Compounce is aiming to amp up the scares as it transforms the park for the opening of its second annual Phantom Fall Fest. The attraction, which opens Sept. 23, will run from noon to 10 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays and 6 to 10 p.m.
