云南瑞丽：查处3起违法违规聚集直播案件，共查获85人

7月21日至23日，接群众举报，瑞丽市快速反应，市直播管理执法队立即进行突击检查，现场查获勐卯镇姐勒村委会允当村民小组、团结村委会双卯村民小组、姐岗村委会贺德村民小组3起违法违规聚集直播案件，共查获直播工作人员85人，其中外籍人员18人，查扣一批手机、电脑等直播工具，以及玉石毛料若干。 以上人员的行为违反了《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百三十条之规定，拒绝执行县级以上人民政府、疾病预防控制机构依照传染病防治法提出的预防、控制措施，涉嫌妨害传染病防治罪。根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百零九条之规定，瑞丽市公安机关已对3起案件进行立案侦查。 目前已对所有参与直播人员采取强制隔离，隔离期满后将依法从严惩处。同时对未执行瑞丽市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作指挥部2020年12月22日发布的《关于加强
