This involved a landlord accused of trying to use force to evict her tenants. A judge said ringleader identified as is at risk to public safety. Her bail was set at more than 75,000. Her friend Stephen Carling of san jose is accused of using a knife to try to pry open the front door. He is also being considered a risk to the community. Both got a restraining order inhibiting contact between them and the victims. The homeless man accused of attacking a woman outside of her San Francisco condo has been denied bail.
