Atlanta company’s Alta Farms at Cane Ridge will offer 330 residences
Atlanta-based Wood Partners is set to begin construction by quarter’s end on Alta Farms at Cane Ridge in Antioch.

Wood Partners is not disclosing what it paid for the property and the Davidson County Register of Deeds had not recorded transaction details as of publication time. An LLC affiliated with Nashville-based Elmington Capital Group was the seller, with that entity having paid about $2.54 million for the property last September, according to Metro records.

MALTA – Small businesses will be getting an added boost through May 2, and consumers that spend at least $20.21 can enter to win weekly gift certificate giveaways and a $500 grand prize.
The Saratoga County Prosperity Partnership, a Saratoga County-based economic development organization, this week unveiled the MaltaWorks $20.21 Campaign in partnership with the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Malta Economic Development Committee.
The MaltaWorks $20.21 promotion will help drive traffic to small businesses in the Town of Malta that have been fighting to keep their operations open after battling the economic impacts of COVID-19 for the past year.
How You Can Help Town of Malta Small Businesses and Win
The Town of Malta has come up with a cool idea to help save their local small businesses. It s called the MaltaWorks $20.21 Campaign. Through a grant, they are hoping to give small businesses in their town a big boost by giving away gift certificates to their businesses to local residents.
Small businesses are the backbone of all of the towns and cities in the Capital Region and have been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Town of Malta has created MaltaWorks which is aimed at Capital Region residents to spend at least $20.21 in participating stores, restaurants, other small businesses throughout the town. When you spend at least $20.21 and take a picture of your receipt to email to info@saratoga.org, you have a chance to win weekly gift certificates from a small business within the town. At the end of the campaign, you could win a $500 gift certificate.
