Crime by Erin Lyons   The remains of missing Sydney millionaire and alleged fraudster Melissa Caddick have been found following a bombshell development in the months-long case. Police said campers found Ms Caddick s shoe on Bournda Beach, south of Bega on the NSW south coast, on Sunday and her identity was confirmed by DNA testing using her toothbrush. Her shoe, matching the description of what she was wearing when the corporate watchdog raided her home in November, was found washed up on the sand and the heavily decomposed remains of her foot were inside. NSW Police assistant commissioner Michael Willing said the case is still wide open.
