City aldermen unanimously approved a conditional use permit for Sheri Moll of Delavan to construct and operate a dog boarding facility, 401 Host Drive. Mayor Charlene Klein said both the plan commission and city council still have to approve building plans for the dog boarding business. “This will be a new building facility,” Klein said during the city council meeting. “They still have to come to the plan commission and city council with their plan.”
