A criminal court judge has agreed with the defenses contention that Hosni Mubarak has spent too long of period of time in prison while charges and trials are proceeding on certain charges. The order for his release has been given, basically the judge agreeing with the defense argument on this case. However, these particular charges will continue to be pressed against Hosni Mubarak, and there are separate charges which will be continuing on sunday.
