18 December 2020 10:50 am / 4 comments The fourth season of the Toyota Gazoo Racing Festival, set to kick off in January 2021, will see the Vios Challenge grow to include more celebrity drivers, plus the addition of a new Rookie Class for young drivers. There will also be a new format with three race series – Toyota Vios Challenge, GR Vios Sprint Cup, and GR Vios Enduro Cup. A total of 11 races will take place throughout the year, with the combined prize money amounting to RM420,000. Anchoring the TGR Festival is none other than the popular Toyota Vios Challenge. The one-make race will feature three rounds and six races, while the GR Vios Sprint Cup will see two rounds and four races being held. The GR Enduro Cup, meanwhile, will be run in conjunction with the Sepang 1000km Endurance Race.

The TGR Festival continues to be anchored by the Vios Challenge, now with the new addition of the Rookie Class for a total of four classes which continue to be comprised of the Promotional, Sporting and Super Sporting classes. The Promotional class continues to feature Malaysian celebrities, this time with three newcomers to the racing category: actor Zizan Razak, singer-songwriter Talitha Tan and TV personality Ahirine Ahirudin.
