KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 13 Malakoff Corporation Bhd and Gas Malaysia Bhd have formed a strategic partnership to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) for cogeneration plants in Malaysia. Through the joint-venture (JV) agreement signed today, the two MMC group members will establish a JV.
