areas right along the coastline, but you can see areas inland in ohio that could end up having impacts from this storm. let s take a look. sustained winds of 80 miles an hour moving to the northwest at just about 15 miles an hour. we have the hurricane watches and warnings. that s the red and pink color you see here in anticipation of this making land fall as a hurricane. not just a regular hurricane but a major hurricane because we anticipate it will continue to strengthen, especially once it gets over the warm waters of the gulf of mexico. unfortunately, it is also expected to make land fall as a category four storm before finally beginning to move inland. we talked about the very warm waters of the gulf of mexico. that will play a key role as how much this storm strengthens over the next few days. you see the pink color, 10 to 15 feet. but even the surrounding areas, 7 to 11 feet on the easter side. so that will be a major impact.
