A good friend recently asked, “How has COVID-19 changed your business and what have you learned?”
Those are a couple of good questions for any small business owner these days, because it’s been such an incredibly challenging time. A time that has caused me to take a fresh look at every belief I’ve held and every assumption I’ve made since launching my business 25 years ago.
