Utica Police investigating another instance of damage to a cell phone tower.

Utica, N.Y. - Utica Police are on scene at MVCC in Utica after receiving a report around 10:00 a.m. Sunday of damage to a cell phone tower on campus.
So far, no word of any arrest in the case or how extent the damage to the cell phone tower is.
