A man was killed while three of his friends were left injured following a grenade explosion in Barangay Pembo, Makati City on Feb. 11.
The police identified the victim as John Al Javier, 35 years old.
According to Makati City Police Chief Col. Edward Cutiyog, Javier and three of his friends were
