The 56th Annual Makawao Parade takes place on Saturday, June 29, 2024. The Makawao Parade has long been a cherished tradition, bringing together residents, businesses and visitors to celebrate the vibrant culture and heritage of Makawao Town.
The Department of Water Supply along with J2 Santos Construction, Inc. will perform work on the county’s water system in Makawao from 8 p.m. on Jan. 25 to 5 a.m. on Jan. 26, 2024.
A portion of homes on Makawao Ave. from Makani Road through and including Loha St., Anuwanu Pl., Kupeʻe Pl. and Lino Pl. will experience a water service outage from 8 p.m. Jan. 11 to 5 a.m. on Jan. 12.
