We had a big rig crash that crashed into the toll plaza last night and actually one of the toll plaza boost was set on fire because of that crash and also somebody died. Had since been cleared. But now in the last 10 to 15 minutes, we have another accident. This one also involving 3 cars. This time at the base of the incline, which is often the distance in this shot. And you can certainly see a lot of the cars here are stacked up. Theyre actually moving a little bit. So we had a slight improvement last 5 minutes. But 3 vehicles involved. Theyre sort of scattered across various lanes. We have ambulance. We have tow trucks on the way. Were told that a minor injury crash, but theres a lot of debris. They got to clear out of the way in order to get more lanes moving in here. You can see on the left side, we have some Police Vehicles heading up that way here in studio course. Citizen app video showing the scene just a little while ago. This apparently started, as we mentioned on southbound lanes of highway 101, near windsor. The car was spotted around 2 oclock this afternoon by officers rohnert park Shopping Plaza a shortly after 3 oclock. And that is when the chase began. And the chase went down. 101 on the highway. 37 towards the east bay. But police say the suspect then. Did a uturn. Im 37 and they got back on the 101 heading south. Eventually across the bay via the richmond, sandra fell bridge. The suspect then led officers eastbound on 80 towards fairfield, which is where the standoff that is currently taking place began. The chp has issued a severe Traffic Alert due to the standoff there on interstate 80 near 6. 80, in fairfield again, all both directions of interstate 80 are currently blocked. Right . If you dont need to be going that direction tonight, obviously it is friday evening. Folks might be trying to get through 80 at this point. But for the
