WASHINGTON, DC A Clinton, Maryland man was killed Thursday night when the vehicle he was driving collided head-one with a Metro bus, according to a police release.
A Metro bus traveling eastbound on Benning Road, Northeast, began to make a left turn around 11:53 p.m., onto Minnesota Avenue, Northeast. Marion Dante Fields, 24, of Clinton, Maryland was driving a Nissan Altima in the opposite direction westbound. His car swerved into the left lane and struck the bus head-on.
