Salvation Army to host open house event in Holland Sentinel Staff HOLLAND In celebration of the reopening of its expanded and renovated building, the Salvation Army of Holland will host an open house. The event will take place at 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 12, at 104 Clover St. in Holland. The board member and donor open house will honor 85 years of service in Ottawa and Allegan counties. This open house gives us a chance to say thank you to the advisory board members, current members and those who served on the board at various points in the history of the organization, said Major Amos Shiels. And to donors who have shared their resources and impacted the lives of families in this local community.
