This looks like what the tractortrailer hit into, they are checking the Structural Integrity of the overpass on the turnpike. Thats why the crews are out here all morning. Its a serious accident, two people were injured, one person was medevacd out of here, they shut both lanes down of the new jersey turnpike when that happened. This is new jersey turnpike southbound north of exit 4, youre dealing with the mess with crews on the scene trying to see the integrity of this overpass before they open all lanes. The city is asking owners to keep an eye out for ice that has been accumulating. The storm is over, but this falling ice can be dangerous so they want to make sure everyone is safe. Back out here on the ground, a Philadelphia Police officer is patrolling here.
