Concord, NH – The United States Marshals Service – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Maine Violent Offenders Task Force is very pleased to announce that last week’s “Fugitive of the Week” was arrested this morning by members of the Portland Police Department after a vehicle chase and crash. The U.S. Marshals Service tracked down Luis Gonzales, 29, and Andy Escarfuller, 22, at a home in Auburn about 9:45 a.m. after a leaving the scene of a crash in Massachusetts on Saturday in which a state trooper was injured, according to Deputy U.S. Marshal Ryan Guay.

CONCORD, NH A New Hampshire fugitive was arrested in a hotel in Maine on Monday after being accused of using an alias to evade investigators, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Jesse Daniel Davis, 38, was arrested after the fugitive task force in New Hampshire received multiple tips during the weekend pointing investigators to hotels on Lisbon Street in Lewiston, Maine, Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal said. Investigators from the U.S. Marshals-Maine Violent Offenders Task Force, White said, checked these hotels this morning and were able to locate Mr. Davis using the name Jesse Kimball. Davis was arrested inside his hotel room without further incident. Mr. Davis was also found to have a bail violation warrant issued out of Oxford County, Maine.
