Officers responded around 6:30 p.m. Saturday to the the 1300 block of Main Street.Police said the 16-year-old was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police said the suspect left the scene in a vehicle and drove northbound on Main Street.Police have closed Main Street between 13th and 14th streets for the investigation.
