Police searching for armed man who robbed downtown Ann Arbor party store Updated Dec 22, 2020; ANN ARBOR, MI – Police are searching for an armed man who robbed a downtown Ann Arbor party store Tuesday morning. At about 10:40 a.m. Dec. 22, an unknown man walked into the Main Street Party Store, 201 N. Main St., pulled out a knife and demanded cash, according to the Ann Arbor Police Department. After being handed an undisclosed amount of cash, the man left the store and got into a gray Chevrolet HHR and fled the scene, police said. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was last spotted going west on Miller Avenue, police said.
