and that was the 50-page constitution of the united klans of america. documents that you don t get to see unless you re in a klan. so i said, i d like to take these with me. he said, no, i want you to get my son off death row. i said, well, a jury put him on death row, a judge did, and i can t do anything about that. but don t you destroy these documents. so i walked out of there with nothing. in about a week or two, benny hayes was arrested and put into mobile county jail. he had burned his house down to get money to hire a lawyer to represent his son. and he had been indicted for that. we were able to establish it was, in fact, arson. so our office prosecuted him under the mail fraud charge. the judge gave him five years.

the whole thing. that really puts a cloud of suspicion over all of these. it is a tragedy. this fellow and deafness appears the trajectory is going to be charged with violating a false police report at the state level, if he sent that letter or engineered the sending of that letter to his studio. he also was a federal mail fraud charge. these things are taken very seriously. once i rush to judgment and i ws debating a buddy of mine who was saying the hats are all racist and i was saying, no it is not true. it is in the heart of the wearer and this happened a couple of days later and i demanded a investigation. the first thing i see is that they show the perpetrators are two black eyes. what is going on here with a much more discerning eye than what i did. someone for whatever sick reason
