Two dozen volunteers and walkers in Roseville joined in a nationwide relay effort that is winding its way through Placer, Sacramento and Yolo counties Tuesday.The relay is part of the the Carry the Load organization, a nonprofit mission aimed at restoring the true meaning of Memorial Day.
