Five-month multi-state investigation captures Felony Lane Gang member
South Brunswick Police Chief Raymond Hayducka announced the arrest of one member of the Felony Lane Gang in connection with several car burglaries and thefts.
The investigation into the burglaries has spanned over five months and required coordination from multiple law enforcement agencies, according to information provided by the South Brunswick Police Department on June 4.
According to the FBI, The Felony Lane Gang, originated in Florida a decade ago, has been targeting mothers across the country for years, stealing their purses and using their IDs and credit cards to commit more crimes, like cashing bogus checks or going on shopping sprees with stolen credit cards, according to the statement.

Dieter R. Zimmermann, 73, of Mahwah, was charged with murder and weapons-related offenses, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office announced Tuesday night.
The Mahwah Police received a 911 call at 7:45 a.m. which reported a domestic violence incident on Indian Field Court and when officers arrived they found Zimmermann with several scratches and a bleeding cut on his finger, the office said.
Officers then found his 69-year-old wife, Jaquelin Zimmermann, dead on the floor of an upstairs bathroom next to master bedroom, according to a statement.
