Pamaa Wee Ena Wasanthaya, the Zoom Live in Concert was held on December 30, by students of St. Anthony s College, Mahawatta, Colombo. The event was held virtually with the patronage of the Director of Primary Education of the Western Province, Chandi Wijesinghe and Upul Weerasinghe.
Despite the quarantine restrictions in several areas of the Western Province, the Vice Principal of the Primary Section of St. Anthony s College, Dr. Aruna Dhammika Karunarathna along with the teachers of the primary section brought up this novel concept of a Virtual Concert to showcase the unique talents of the students via the virtual platform. The overall event was successfully held with the support of the Principal of St. Anthony’s College, Sugath Bandara and was sponsored by Atlas Pvt. Ltd.
