HC quashes 2018 FIR against man present in south Mumbai dance bar where obscene acts were taking place

The petitioner, who filed a plea through advocate Hare Krishna Mishra seeking to quash the FIR against him, submitted that he was a customer who went around 10:15 pm to the restaurant to have dinner and a cup of tea.
