The policy is expected to lay focus on skilled manpower, rental housing schemes for migrant workers and colonies for senior citizens. Besides, it will also include sops for affordable housing and measures for quick approvals, the minister said.
“We have had three meetings regarding the policy and the department is working on various aspects, whether it is affordable housing or redevelopment," said Atul Save.
