As India battles the second wave of the pandemic, many states across the country have decided to cancel and postpone the board examinations for classes 10 and 12.

As a major relief to students, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced that the Class 10 board examinations scheduled to be held from May 4 to June 7 had been cancelled while Class 12 board exams from May 4 to June 14 had been postponed.

Fake news regarding the conduction of Maharashtra SSC and HSC exams 2021 has been dismissed by education minister Varsha Gaikwad via Twitter.

The decision regarding the conduct of Maharashtra Board Exams 2021 is to be announced soon as per the recent tweets from the state education minister, Varsha Gaikwad. As the exam dates are nearing, it has become a primary concern as students need to be addressed urgently. On April 10, 2021, Arvind Sawant, Member of Parliament from South Bombay, wrote to Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal seeking guidance from the centre on the conduct of Class 10 and 12 exams.
