St. Paul s United Methodist Church in Helena celebrated the winter solstice with a concert in which representatives of many faiths spoke on the importance of the season.
Basir Rahmati, a refugee from war-torn Afghanistan, will talk about her experience of moving to Helena during the 16th annual solstice celebration and concert next week.
She mentioned that she and Johnson were both 70 and both women.
But she then admitted they had never met.
âEven though I said I didnât know her, I did know her,â Frisch said in a voice dripping with emotion. âShe is a child of the Creator, our God. And she is now in a beautiful, sunny place.â

Frisch was among 75 people who gathered at the Lewis and Clark Cemetery for funeral services for 11 indigent or abandoned residents who died in 2020 or 2021. The bodies had been cremated.Â
