Meltwater Champions Chess Tour reaches its climax in San Francisco

A drama-filled season spanning nearly a full year of competition has led to the ninth and final event of the Meltwater Champions Chess Tour. The tournament is a seven-day long all-play-all round robin in San Francisco starting on November 14 and concluding on November 20. Eight elite chess stars will take part in the third and final major, the Tour Finals 2022, including Magnus Carlsen, Wesley So and Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa.
