Bangkok-based property company Magnolia Quality Development Corp (MQDC) is set to announce a partnership for its first residential project in India in early 2023. The company is exploring partnerships with local developers, considering a mixed-use project with a focus on luxury residential components. MQDC aims to tap into the Indian market and attract Indian buyers looking to purchase abroad.
“We have a strong sourcing arm in China and Thailand and now we want to do that in India as well. We are doing both import and export of consumer products and tech gadgets and well being products. The team has been here for about a year and a half, building the ecosystem and we are closing the sales this year,” said Jitpatima.
