The 180,000-square-foot building sold to Norfolk, Va.-based Harbor Group International LLC for $58 million, or $322.22 per square foot, according to CoStar Group Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based real estate information service. The property also sits on 11.7 acres east of M-5 and north of 13 Mile Road.

LORDSTOWN Village council gave the needed approval Tuesday for acquiring nonexclusive easements from Ultium Cells LLC to construct lines for transporting water and sewer from the company.
Council President Ron Radtka said this will allow the village to get the needed easements for sanitary sewer and waterline extensions to provide service for the company.
Ultium Cells LLC, a General Motors-supported electric vehicle battery-cell manufacturing plant, is under construction near the automaker’s former Lordstown assembly plant off Tod Avenue NW and is in line to start production in early 2022.
The plant is a joint venture with South Korea’s LG Chem, a global leader in battery cells. Together, the companies are sharing equally the $2.3 billion investment that will mass produce battery cells for several GM models, including the GMC Hummer, Cadillac Lyriq and Cruise Origin GM’s electric driverless vehicle.
