WACO, TX â The Black Daisy is all about girl power and has recently opened their second location in Waco.
The boutique featured 13 Central Texas women business owners from Waco to Harker Heights.
Sthefanie Welch is the owner of the Black Daisy Boutique. She opened her first store in China Spring three years ago.
The Waco location opened in July of 2020, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I m the kind of person that s like why not, you don t know if something is going to work until you take the risk, Welch said.
