The province is seeking to have forfeited a Port Moody townhouse, cash and a vehicle with a value totalling nearly $700,000 allegedly linked to an illicit cannabis operation.
In a civil claim filed in B.C. Supreme Court on Feb. 8, the B.C. Civil Forfeiture Office says the townhouse, cash and vehicle are “the proceeds and instruments of unlawful activity.”

Named in the civil claim are Port Moody residents Konrad Michal Dominik Fedyczkowski and Magdalena Maria Wos. The pair are the owners of the mortgaged townhouse at 231A Evergreen Drive in Port Moody, which is valued at $631,200, according to B.C. Assessment Authority records. Fedyczkowski owns the majority of the townhouse, a 99-per-cent interest, according to B.C. Land Title records.
