In a civil claim filed in B.C. Supreme Court on Feb. 8, the B.C. The pair are the owners of the mortgaged townhouse at 231A Evergreen Drive in Port Moody, which is valued at $631,200, according to B.C. Assessment Authority records. Fedyczkowski owns the majority of the townhouse, a 99-per-cent interest, according to B.C. Land Title records.
