The focus of the day was to look at ways to help climate change. The Stags had a 7am start, allowing them to arrive at the farm in time for breakfast. The day included feeding, watering and stroking the pigs; feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs; and visiting the goats and their kids. The goats appeared to be the children s favourite activity. Some of the goats were only a couple of months old and the Stags loved playing and having cuddles with them. The Stag’s learnt about the impact animals can have on climate change and the importance of organic and free range farming.
