Marygizelle Mesa, DSWD-5 information officer, said in an interview the payout would continue in a more systematic and organized manner. "Only those beneficiaries who received a text message from our office (DSWD) and some who were contacted by their local government unit with the advice of DSWD will be entertained and received their cash aid. Also, in the upcoming distribution, each province has designated payout venues where beneficiaries could claim the cash grant," Mesa said.
