Syracuse senior Tiana Mangakahia leaves Carrier Dome for final time feeling frustrated but ‘very blessed’

Syracuse, N.Y. Tiana Mangakahia hopped in her car and drove around the campus of Syracuse University in the days leading up to her final basketball game at the Carrier Dome.
She was alone with her thoughts. The only other voices were from the music playing from her stereo.
It was finally the right time for her to take a moment and reflect on the past four years that included countless high-scoring and assist performances, broken school records, a life-changing diagnosis and a courageous comeback that will forever be remembered in Syracuse lore.
