Some showers already beginning to move in the far Northern California. You can see where that storm is coming from, right from the gulf of alaska. That means this is going to be a cold system dropping in the bay area, unusually cold for this time of year. And of course, this week weve been basking in temperatures in the 70s and the 80s. The car was spotted around 2 oclock this afternoon by officers rohnert park Shopping Plaza a shortly after 3 oclock. And that is when the chase began. And the chase went down. 101 on the highway. 37 towards the east bay. But police say the suspect then. Did a uturn. Im 37 and they got back on the 101 heading south. Eventually across the bay via the richmond, sandra fell bridge. The suspect then led officers eastbound on 80 towards fairfield, which is where the standoff that is currently taking place began. The chp has issued a severe Traffic Alert due to the standoff there on interstate 80 near 6. 80, in fairfield again, all both directions of interstate 80 are currently blocked. Right . If you dont need to be going that direction tonight, obviously it is friday evening. Folks might be trying to get through 80 at this point. But for the
