Woman charged with assaulting former boyfriend with car Scott Cousins, scousins@thetelegraph.com FacebookTwitterEmail EDWARDSVILLE A Livingston woman was charged Thursday after allegedly attempting to run down a former boyfriend with a motor vehicle. Kyra I. Mostajo, 38, of Livingston, was charged June 10 with aggravated assault with a motor vehicle, a Class 3 felony. The case was presented by the Madison County Sheriff’s Department. According to court documents, on June 8 Mostajo allegedly drove a vehicle in the direction of a former boyfriend, placing him in “reasonable apprehension of being struck.” Bail was set at $15,000. Alexandra R. Stacey, 27, of Troy, was charged June 9 with unlawful possession of a stolen firearm, a Class 2 felony; unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony; and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, a Class 4 felony. The case was presented by the Glen Carbon Police Department. According to court documents, on June 8 Stacey allegedly was found to be in possession of a stolen Taurus 740 Slim .40 caliber handgun, without a Firearm Owners Identification Card and less than five grams of methamphetamine.

Colonna, 32, of Alton, was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a Class 2 felony. The case was presented by the Wood River Police Department. On June 8 Colonna allegedly was found to be in possession of more than five grams of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $30,000. • George W. Holliday Jr., 30, of Granite City, was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony. The case was presented by the Granite City Police Department. On June 8 Holliday allegedly was found to be in possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $30,000.
