(Photo courtesy of Jerrianne Shea Herron) Facebook Share Huntsville police responded to Ted’s Bar-B-Q in Five Points around 10 p.m. Nov. 16, where they found Bradley Pugh a father and a local business owner on the roof and armed with a handgun. After two hours of police trying to convince Pugh to come down from the roof, he told them they “were going to have to kill him,” Broussard said. Pugh eventually came down from the roof but did not surrender his gun as police used non-lethal force to get him to give up the weapon, the DA said.
