AMES, Iowa – September 28, 2022 – The Iowa Department of Transportation is proposing a bridge replacement project on Iowa 461 over Duck Creek and Duck Creek Parkway Trail in Scott County. This project will require right of way acquisition from Junge Park for sidewalk connection work on the west side of Iowa 461. Approximately 235 feet of the Duck Creek Parkway Trail will be reconstructed due to this project. Because of the high amount of pedestrian and cyclist traffic.
