Im joined now by cnns chief business correspondent, christine romans. Big, good numbers. Yeah, and youre going to need a lot more months like that to fulfill the president s promise of 25 million new jobs over the next ten years. Thats a whole different thing. So, this is just the first step in a journey of 25 million jobs. Lets look at the Unemployment Rate, because thats the headline, johns so right. 4. 4 . Look at that chart. May 2007 was the last time we had a rate this low, and then the whole world fell apart. Its taken years, years to get back to that level, a decade, actually.
