RICHMOND — Members of the Maddie Potts Foundation have requested a combined $250,000 from the towns of Richmond, Hopkinton and Charlestown through federal pandemic recovery funds to offset growing costs

In December, 2019, The Maddie Potts Memorial Field House had already jumped its second hurdle! Getting a UNANIMOUS approval to proceed from the Chariho School Committee! In March, 2019, we surpassed the first hurdle, getting tri-town approval of Charlestown, Richmond, and Hopkinton. The Potts’ family looks forward to giving back to the Chariho community and all those that have supported Maddie through her athletic career. The Field House will be fully funded, including all architectural and septic design costs, by Maddie’s Foundation. Current estimates for completion are over $700,000.
The field house will span over 3000 sq. ft and be accessible for all the sports who utilize the stadium side of campus, particularly for their home games, including football, baseball, field hockey, track, cross country, men and women’s soccer and lacrosse.
