what is really motivating all of this? the federation came out with these numbers that said retailers were seeing an increase in sales about 1.9%, which is definitely a great thing it, but you are looking at the general obviously, a macro view of the country. when you look at specific areas, for example. we saw houston ravaged by a hurricane. of puerto rico. ravaged by a hurricane. also, northern california it wasn t pummeled by these fires, as well as southern california, so those are the areas that are probably not, for obvious reasons, going to be spending. neil: is it a lot of the wind at their back with the markets, and stay money, not everybody, but a good money. i think that s what people are really feeling, it is a bit of a mix. some may be pretax money, but i think they are also feeling this great euphoria about how the
