SAN DIEGO (KGTV) Starting Tuesday, Feb. 9, new vaccine sites will be available in rural communities across San Diego County.
The new initiative is part of Operation Collaboration by the San Diego County Health and Human Service Agency (HHSA) and two dozen local fire and EMS agencies.
Since mid-January, the partnership has provided vaccinations for EMTs, paramedics, and staff of long-term care facilities.
The sites will be available for those 65-years and older in our rural communities, including Valley Center, Alpine, and Pine Valley.
