The former head of the Michigan Democratic Party has filed an ethics complaint against Macomb County Prosecutor Peter Lucido, claiming Lucido allowed a failed Sterling Heights City Council candidate to use county property for campaign purposes.
While Peter Lucido released the affidavit to bolster his claim he was unaware of Manni's intent, Brewer said it is “not worth the paper it is printed on,” alleging Manni has no credibility due to his election-fraud conviction last year.
