The husband of the public radio broadcaster of Lesedi FMâs current affairs, Dimakatso Ratselane, has now been declared a suspect running from the law.
Free State police spokesperson, Motantsi Makhele, says this after several failed attempts to get into contact with the suspect, Mackenzie Ratselane, in relation to the brutal attack on the popular presenter. He says Mackenzie is the last person to have been with Dimakatso before she was discovered lying in a pool of blood in the Caleb Motshabi informal settlement known as Dinaweng near a popular local tavern. Dimakatso was found with multiple stab wounds in the early morning on Thursday 11 February 2021 and was rushed to Pelonomi Netcare Hospital after residents and friends called the police to the scene.
